Well, on the first auction I'd ever sold (or tried to sell), someone did a BIN and then sent me a message apologizing and that they didn't really mean to do the BIN, but just bid. I didn't know how that would be possible to do a BIN by accident, but they offered to pay Ebay fees so I let it go. However, I've never had a buyer do that and then demand they get the item at the starting price. I agree with the others. That is most certainly not fair to you. I hope that she does indeed send you the money order [img]smile.gif[/img] . Good luck! If any problems return, try to talk it out with them, and if that doesn't work, report them to Ebay.
